New things to read
Lateral is a relatively new science magazine produced by a bunch of mostly Australian, mostly young over-achievers. Their sixth issue is about Data.
And I think I’ve mentioned STAT, the new health and medicine (and not statistics) news site, but it’s worth mentioning again.
Thomas Lumley (@tslumley) is Professor of Biostatistics at the University of Auckland. His research interests include semiparametric models, survey sampling, statistical computing, foundations of statistics, and whatever methodological problems his medical collaborators come up with.
